NOMADS WIN IT IN ONRUS
[Monday, December 20, 2010 11:11:44]The Cape Storm Nomads litterally stormed back into Grand Prix contention on Sunday with a win over the Amazing Galaxy Warriors in the final at Onrus on Sunday!
For the first time on tour this year, the winds stayed down and morning conditions were near perfect for the 38 teams... Unfortunately the Cape Doctor came back with a vengeance in the afternoon and conditions proved difficult for competitors.
With games tighter than ever and a record number of sudden death drop offs playing out, it was no surprise that both the Open Final and the Pro Final also went to sudden death drop-offs. The New Born Rebels beat the Reds in the open Final.
The series moves to the grass of Struis Baai on Thursday
